The $100.00 deposit that you pay today to reserve this design and your appointment comes off the total price of your tattoo. The total balance will be due the day of your appointment.

Price adjusts with special requests, sizing up the design, and placement. If the placement is somewhere that will take significantly longer to tattoo, such as the sternum, knee, hand, neck, etc. Your artist will discuss the price adjustment with you. Normally the increase ranges from $50-$100

1. I understand that certain placements may increase the price of the tattoo, due to the increased time certain body placements take to tattoo.

2. I understand that any increase in size from the listed size(s) on the service listing on www.equinoxartcollective.com that I purchased may increase the price of the tattoo.

3. I understand that my payment for this appointment is non refundable under any circumstances.

4. I understand that if I cancel my appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, my entire payment will be forfeit.

5. I understand that if I no call/no show my appointment, my entire payment will be forfeit.
